The hard work, determination, and initiative our team members bring to work every day is one of our greatest value propositions." - Russell Leo About the Role As a Carrier Support team member on our Freight Consolidation team, you'll build and maintain strong relationships across our carrier network. You'll pinpoint the geographic areas where we need capacity, then develop and put into action the plans that fill those gaps, keeping freight moving and our customers covered. What You'll Do (but not limited to) Manage the onboarding process for new carriers Identify lanes where additional capacity is needed and secure that capacity Update and maintain the carrier packet Support LiONs to ensure carrier satisfaction Monitor and update carrier insurance requirements and carrier selection criteria Hold quarterly carrier meetings to gather improvement feedback Hit the performance metrics set by your manager All other duties as assigned by your supervisor because we work as a team to get the job done

What You Bring Education:

High School Diploma or GED Experience:

1 to 3 years of relevant experience

License or Certification:
