Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience.

Job Summary:

To perform a variety of responsible clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Job Duties:

Performs varied and complex clerical tasks. Photocopies materials and compiles as needed. Distributes materials internally or to other departments which may require walking across campus. Makes appointments, screens visitors, and answers the telephone. Inputs data for reports, and completes routine office forms. Adheres to internal controls established for department. Performs related duties as required.

Salary:

Actual salary is commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
