Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Operational Oversight:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking to achieve facility goals and ensure financial stability.

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement strategic plans, set patient care standards, and manage market positioning for long-term facility growth.

Team & Talent Development:

Select, develop, and empower senior leadership, cultivate talent, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Physician & Medical Staff Management:

Oversee medical staff relations, credentialing, and alignment strategies to ensure clinical quality and patient safety.

Community & External Relations:

Serve as the primary liaison with external entities, building relationships with business, civic, and healthcare leaders to promote the organization's mission.

Cultural Stewardship:

Champion the organizational mission, vision, and values, fostering a positive culture and sense of community within the facility.

Job Requirements Required:

Graduate Degree in health care administration, business, or related field Ten years of experience in leadership within a comprehensive acute care setting or hospital organization; prior CEO experience is preferred. Experience in successfully integrating services within a large, complex health system. Experience in a highly competitive market.
