POSITION OVERVIEW

The Executive Support Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Leadership Team, helping manage executive priorities, communications, meetings, and day-to-day operations. This role will coordinate Board and committee meetings, prepare executive reports and presentations, maintain organizational records, and support development and fundraising activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, collaborative, discreet, and comfortable independently managing competing priorities in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and Leadership Team, including calendar management, communications, scheduling, and priority management.\nCoordinate Board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, reports, presentations, meeting materials, records, and follow-up documentation.\nDraft and edit executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential communications.\nSupport development and fundraising activities, community stakeholder relationships, and organizational events as needed.\nAssist with office operations, recordkeeping, and administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.\nIndependently manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, resolve administrative challenges, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative or executive support, ideally supporting a CEO, Executive Director, or senior leadership team.\nExperience coordinating Board or committee meetings and preparing executive communications, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nHighly organized and adaptable professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and strong follow-through.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across a mission-driven nonprofit organization.
