This individual will act as a strategic extension of the CEO, ensuring seamless execution of executive operations, managing complex calendars and priorities, and serving as a trusted liaison across internal and external stakeholders.

Executive Support:

Manage the CEO's complex calendar, travel, and logistics with discretion and proactivity, anticipating and resolving conflicts proactively.

Strategic Coordination:

Prepare meeting materials, agendas, briefings, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings. Review all prepared materials and correspondence for accuracy and consistency.

Internal Communications:

Serve as a conduit between the CEO and key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution of priorities.

External Communications:

Communicate with external stakeholders efficiently in a positive and professional manner, identifying and addressing any potential problems early.

Project Management:
