Key Responsibilities Independently coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, including notifications, agendas and supporting materials, Board portal distribution, and accurate meeting minutes. Maintain professional communication and relationships with Board members, staff, partner organizations, and community members. Provide administrative support to the President/CEO and other senior leaders. Coordinate meetings requested by the President/CEO or leadership team and prepare and distribute related materials. Assist with meeting logistics, including setup, cleanup, and food ordering. Oversee assigned projects, help keep team members on track, and support completion within established timelines. Provide initial training and ongoing education related to assigned projects or processes as needed. Use data to support process improvement, internal initiatives, and organizational decision-making. Maintain important organizational records, including the master file of regulatory guidance, licensure, and renewals. Handle sensitive executive, governance, and organizational information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. Provide rotating coverage for reception staff as needed. Requirements:

Post-high school training related to administrative support, including office organization, verbal and written communication, database management, or a related discipline. Minimum of five years of experience in a role requiring a broad range of administrative skills, including administrative management of nonprofit boards of directors and familiarity with bylaws, meeting notifications, agendas, minutes, motions, and governance processes. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable automobile during working hours that meets State of New Hampshire registration requirements and carries required automobile liability insurance. Preferred Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration Healthcare experience.
