Qualifications:

The Chief Executive Officer serves as the senior-most leader of Friends Care Community, accountable to the Board of Trustees for overall organizational performance, mission fidelity, and long-term sustainability. This is an integrated role. The Board seeks one leader who can hold both day-to-day operational competence and outward-facing strategic vision, while building a leadership team capable of carrying more. Strategic Leadership Advance the mission and founding values through organizational strategy and daily operations, translating stakeholder listening into a workable growth plan with a fifteen

to twenty-five-year horizon Evaluate the service-line opportunities the community has requested
memory care, adult day services, home-based services, and independent living expansion

Professional Background Core Requirements:
