Job Description

The Beaver County Association of
REALTORS
® is seeking an Association Executive (AE) to serve our 700+ members and affiliates in Beaver County, PA. The AE is responsible to the board of directors for the effective administration of the Beaver County Association of
REALTORS
® and commends and participates in formulating the organization's mission, goals, objectives, and related policies. Within that framework, the AE plans, organizes, coordinates, controls and directs the organization's programs and activities.
Who We Are Looking For:
A proven and inspiring leader, ideally with executive-level experience in an association management. An individual with a deep understanding of association administration, operations, and volunteer management. A strong background in government affairs or education is highly desirable. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, focusing on building relationships and listening actively. A strategic thinker with expertise in financial oversight and budgeting. A skilled communicator who thrives in building and maintaining strong relationships - both internally with members and staff as well as externally with local association executives and state organizations. An adaptable, empowering, and enthusiastic leader who fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment. The opportunity to lead a remarkable organization and make a significant impact in the real estate industry. A strong membership and association advocate, who can occasionally travel to state and national conventions for educational, legislative, and administrative meetings.
Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours), Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm. Hybrid schedule available.
Salary:
Negotiable (Based on experience)
