CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Private Equity-Backed Industrial Mechanical Services Company Company A private equity-backed company focused on industrial mechanical services. The company operates in a large, highly fragmented industry that is ripe for consolidation in a market that is at an inflection point. The sponsor has set out to build a world-class industrial services company organically and through acquisitions. Responsibilities Build a Best-in-Class Company

• Co-create multi-year strategic plan with PE Sponsor to help realize future state vision
• Ensure all functions in the organization are operating according to best practices that continue to be executed at scale Commercial Drive
• Drive new services to existing customers and drive existing services to new markets;
• Work with corporate development on strategic acquisitions, and integrations. Utilize Value Creation Levers
• Establish market reputation as turnkey provider with multiple solution areas;
• Work with direct reports to improve other value creation metrics like margin expansion and adoption of new technologies Maintain Strong Existing Culture of Employee Engagement, Safety and Customer Service
• Lead an organization through rapid growth without compromise to company culture, employee experience, safety and customer service
• CEO reinforces company values with down-to-earth style and appreciation for the front lines Work Effectively with the Board
• Serve as an active and transparent partner;
• Provide strong insight and analysis for effective decision making
• Forecast effectively and hit operational and financial targets Qualifications
• 10+ years in field services. Maintaining or repairing equipment or infrastructure for industrial end market. P&L experience is a must/
• 5+ years as CEO or President (or VP/GM) with majority of functions reporting in, definitely sales. Strong preference for one who was CEO 5+ years with a successful private equity-backed exit
• Overseen $100M to $500M+ growth.
• Private equity experience. Understands how PE thinks about value creation and levers for driving multiple premium
• Exceptional at growth part of operating plan. Expanding with existing clients, adding new service lines, entering new geographies
• Analytical, data-driven.
• M&A experience
• Passionate about connecting with employees at every level.
