We are seeking a dynamic, strategic Chief Operating Officer to join The MLS™ and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the company's continued growth and excellence. Based in Beverly Hills, you will be a key leader dedicated to advancing our mission of delivering top-tier real estate technology services. Responsibilities  Lead and manage overall operational functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.  Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals.  Develop and manage the Marketing Strategy for the MLS and its products  Coordinate other project management initiatives to enhance service delivery.  Drive process improvements to optimize workflows.  Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.  Foster a culture of leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement.  Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.  Travel within the US and out of the country. Qualifications  Proven experience in operations management within the real estate or technology industry.  Strong marketing and sales skills  Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing senior teams.  Expertise in strategic planning and change management.  Excellent project management and process improvement skills.  Ability to develop budgets and financial forecasts.  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.  Supervising experience is highly desirable.
