Responsibilities:

Direct day-to-day hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, pool areas, and limited breakfast service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Lead financial performance by managing budgets, monitoring forecasts, evaluating key metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and revenue capture.
Shape commercial strategy through active oversight of pricing, inventory, market positioning, group business, and distribution channels rather than relying solely on outside recommendations.
Build, coach, and support a service-focused team culture that reflects luxury hospitality standards and encourages accountability, engagement, and continued growth.
Maintain a strong on-property presence, stepping into operational needs when necessary and providing leadership during critical business periods, including weekends and holidays.
Oversee relationships with vendors, tenants, and local partners to protect service quality and support the overall reputation of the property.
Coordinate effectively with the independently operated on-site restaurant on matters that influence shared guest experience, property operations, and lease-related partnership needs.
Partner closely with ownership and the designated hospitality representative to align day-to-day execution with broader business goals, brand legacy, and strategic priorities.
Support capital planning and property improvement efforts, including renovation or expansion-related projects, while minimizing disruption to hotel operations.
