Job Description

1to1 is a high‑velocity startup building a multi‑vertical activation engine across mortgage , insurance , real estate , and auto . These industries still rely on outdated, static outreach — and none of them have a true behavioral‑intent activation system . We're building the capability they should have had years ago. We're delivering a missing, revenue‑critical system that solves a painful, unserved gap across multiple verticals. We're hiring a startup‑experienced operator with deep execution experience in at least one of our verticals to take full ownership of operations as we scale. The ideal candidate is comfortable in early‑stage environments and confident representing operational readiness during investor discussions. What You'll Lead Daily operations across multiple verticals Activation workflow design and optimization Campaign creation, delivery, QA, and performance Enterprise onboarding and delivery Hiring, training, and managing operational teams Building SOPs, KPIs, and scalable systems Partnering with the CEO on COGS, margins, and financial modeling Providing operational insight during investor conversations Who You Are 5-10+ years in mortgage , insurance , real estate , or auto

Required:

Prior startup experience (early‑stage or high‑growth) Proven operator with high‑volume execution experience Process‑driven, KPI‑driven, and relentless about performance Comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment Able to manage and scale teams quickly Confident presenting operational strategy when needed Why Join Us Startups fail when they build products nobody needs.
