This role will be responsible for translating business strategy into operational execution, strengthening organizational performance, and ensuring teams, processes, and resources are aligned with long-term business objectives. Position Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations across key functions. Develop and implement operational strategies that support organizational growth and profitability. Establish performance objectives, operating standards, and accountability measures. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability. Strategic Planning Partner with the executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Translate organizational goals into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes. Monitor business performance and recommend adjustments as needed. Team Leadership Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across the organization. Establish clear expectations, promote accountability, and support professional development. Foster a collaborative, results-oriented organizational culture. Process Improvement Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. Implement systems and processes that improve operational effectiveness and customer outcomes. Ensure appropriate controls, policies, and procedures are established and maintained. Financial & Performance Management Collaborate with finance and executive leadership to manage budgets, costs, and resource allocation. Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics. Use data and business insights to support informed decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with executive leaders and department heads to ensure alignment across the organization. Coordinate initiatives across departments and remove operational barriers. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. Extensive experience in senior-level operations or executive management. Demonstrated success leading complex organizations and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of business operations, financial performance, and organizational strategy. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) MBA or advanced degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline.
