Oversee business operations with a focus on process improvement, operational analysis, and implementing best practices across departments. Manage executive-level budgets, including forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and financial management to maximize profitability. Drive large-scale organizational change management projects to enhance operational agility and adapt to evolving market demands. Lead and mentor senior leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture centered on accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Utilize data-driven decision-making tools to inform strategic management initiatives and optimize operational performance. Coordinate cross-functional project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of initiatives that support business growth. Maintain clear verbal communication with executives and stakeholders to align operational activities with organizational objectives. Requirements Proven experience in operations management with a strong track record of leading large teams at an executive level. Extensive background in business management, including strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational change management. Demonstrated success in managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and conducting profit and loss analysis. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising senior teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion. Expertise in operational analysis, data-driven decision making, and implementing operational excellence initiatives. Excellent verbal communication skills suited for engaging with executives and diverse stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with business development management strategies to identify growth opportunities. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
