Job Description Job Description Multi Unit Manager- Hospitality Operations South Florida | $95,000-$110,000 + Bonus The Opportunity An established hospitality group is seeking a Multi Unit Manager to lead a portfolio of high-volume, guest-focused operations. This is a newly created position offering significant visibility within the organization and the opportunity to join a company in growth mode. The right candidate will be a hands-on multi-unit leader who understands how to develop strong General Managers, maintain operating standards, and drive consistent performance across multiple locations. What You Will Do Lead and develop General Managers across an assigned portfolio Drive sales, labor, guest experience, and overall operating performance Maintain consistent standards across multiple locations Coach location leaders and address performance opportunities Partner with senior leadership on operational priorities and growth Maintain a strong presence in the field with regular travel What We Are Looking For Proven multi-unit hospitality leadership experience Background in high-volume, beverage-forward operations Experience leading multiple General Managers Strong people leadership and operational discipline Experience with established multi-unit organizations preferred Comfortable with frequent travel Based in South Florida or able to relocate

Compensation & Details Base Salary:
