Job Description

Gentiva is seeking an AVP of Operations to lead home-based care operations across a multi-site region. In this role, you will oversee branch performance, clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and financial results for home health, hospice, and personal care services. You will guide local leaders, optimize workflows, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while supporting a culture of compassion and patient dignity. The AVP partners with clinical, HR, and finance teams to ensure staffing, service delivery, and patient experience align with Gentiva's mission and growth goals.
