Job Description:
Complexity of Work:
Requires critical thinking skills, strong analytical skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Required Work Experience:
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with at least five (5) years in senior operational leadership. Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-site ambulatory and hospital-based service lines. Prior leadership experience within oncology services is strongly preferred. Proven track record of financial accountability. Demonstrated success leading large interdisciplinary teams through growth, change, and operational transformation.

Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field required.
