About BIGGBY Coffee BIGGBY Coffee is one of the fastest-growing coffee franchises in the country, and we're looking for an exceptional leader to help take our organization to the next level. I currently own and operate 7 BIGGBY Coffee locations throughout Central Indiana with continued growth planned. This is not a traditional office position—it's a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and driving operational excellence across multiple locations. My stores are located throughout Greenwood, Plainfield, Trafalgar, Franklin, and Ellettsville, and this role requires daily travel between locations. The official title for this position is President of Operations. About the Role This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all seven locations while developing strong leaders who can successfully run their stores. We're looking for someone with a high sense of urgency who leads from the front, holds people accountable, and genuinely enjoys helping others grow. You won't be sitting behind a desk all day. You'll spend the majority of your time inside stores coaching managers, improving systems, identifying opportunities, and ensuring every location consistently operates at a high level. Responsibilities Lead and develop Store Managers and future leaders Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members Coach leaders through performance management and accountability Improve operational systems and efficiencies Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and operating costs Ensure exceptional customer experiences across every location Conduct store audits and maintain operational standards Analyze KPIs and implement action plans Partner with ownership on business strategy and growth initiatives Assist with new store openings and expansion opportunities Build a culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Has at least 3 years of multi-unit leadership or operations management experience Has restaurant, retail, hospitality, or coffee experience (coffee experience is preferred but not required) Thrives in a fast-paced environment Leads with urgency and accountability Builds strong leaders instead of simply managing people Makes decisions confidently Solves problems before they become bigger issues Is highly organized and detail-oriented Is willing to travel daily between locations Takes ownership rather than making excuses Compensation & Benefits $62,000-$70,000 annual salary Performance-based bonus program Mileage, gas, and vehicle wear reimbursement Two weeks of PTO Three total weeks of vacation annually Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Why Join BIGGBY Coffee?
