Who You Are and What You'll Do We are looking for an intelligent, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills who will drive operational excellence while maintaining product quality. This role reports directly to the founders and is key in helping us continue to grow and build a legacy within a fun, purpose-led, and growing company. The ideal candidate will ensure both facilities operate safely, efficiently, profitably, and consistently while supporting our strategic and financial objectives. You will focus on evaluating production numbers, labor expenses, and waste; and find ways to reduce all three. You'll also identify our bottlenecks and work to resolve them.
