Oversee budget management, including financial planning, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight to ensure fiscal responsibility. Foster a culture of operational excellence by implementing initiatives focused on process improvement, data-driven decision making, and performance metrics. Lead senior leadership teams by providing clear guidance on strategic planning, operational management, and leadership development. Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders through verbal communication with executives to align operational activities with organizational objectives. Requirements Proven experience in operational management or executive leadership roles with demonstrated success in overseeing large teams and complex projects. Strong background in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement, and large-scale organizational change management. Expertise in business development management with a focus on expanding organizational reach and revenue streams. Extensive experience in budget management, financial analysis, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and data-driven decision making. Exceptional verbal communication skills suitable for engaging with C-suite executives and diverse stakeholder groups. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of project management methodologies and program management to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Strong leadership qualities with supervisory experience in managing senior teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.
