Job Description We are seeking a Tooling Operations Administrator to support the administration, operational reliability, and continuous improvement of enterprise tooling platforms. This individual will serve as a key member of the Tooling Operations team with primary responsibility for Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) and enterprise batch processing environments. The ideal candidate brings strong production support experience, deep knowledge of job scheduling and automation platforms, and a passion for driving platform stability and operational excellence. Lead efforts to improve and maintain enterprise asset data accuracy, governance, and integrity across platforms. Support the decommissioning of legacy asset management solutions, including Apex retirement initiatives. Design and implement enhancements to asset schemas, object models, and data structures to support evolving business requirements. Drive the implementation and adoption of Business Services within the asset management platform. Expand and optimize Atlassian Analytics capabilities, including new dashboards, reports, and self-service reporting solutions. Modernize operational reporting processes and lead the migration away from legacy reporting tools such as EazyBI. Develop executive-level dashboards that provide visibility into platform health, service performance, asset utilization, and key operational metrics. Partner with IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service Management, and business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and deliver data-driven insights. Establish monitoring and reporting processes for batch job performance, failures, and operational exceptions. Analyze trends, identify opportunities for automation, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, IT Operations, or related enterprise technology environments. Strong experience managing enterprise asset repositories, CMDBs, or asset management platforms. Experience designing asset schemas, object models, data relationships, and governance processes. Hands-on experience with Atlassian products, including Jira, Assets (Insight), and Atlassian Analytics. Experience building dashboards, reports, and executive-level reporting solutions. Strong understanding of data quality management, data governance, and reporting best practices. Experience leading platform modernization, migration, or decommissioning initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with ServiceNow CMDB or other enterprise asset management platforms. Experience retiring or migrating from reporting platforms such as EazyBI. Knowledge of ITIL processes, Service Management, and Business Service Mapping. Experience monitoring batch processing environments and operational health metrics. Familiarity with data warehouse platforms, data modeling, and analytics tools. Experience creating C-level dashboards and KPI frameworks. Exposure to automation and workflow optimization initiatives within enterprise operations. Atlassian certifications (Jira, Assets, Atlassian Analytics) or related certifications
