Experience Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a strong background in operations management within a complex organization. Demonstrated success in managing large teams with supervising experience that emphasizes leadership development and talent retention. Extensive knowledge of change management strategies coupled with expertise in strategic planning and process optimization. Hands-on experience in project management, business development initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, and program execution.
