This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment , enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has the judgment and initiative to keep important priorities moving forward. You will work closely with ownership and executive leadership, helping coordinate and oversee a wide range of administrative, operational, and strategic responsibilities. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information and important projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to ownership and senior leadership Help coordinate company priorities, projects, meetings, and follow-up items Assist with HR, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and outside service providers Assist with facilities, maintenance, capital projects, and office operations Help monitor compliance, licensing, regulatory requirements, and important documentation Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, vendor invoices, and financial reporting Coordinate with marketing partners and assist with community and company events Coordinate with Motor Vehicle Dealer Boards, regulatory agencies, licensing authorities, manufacturers, and industry organizations Research and evaluate technology, automation, and AI tools that may improve efficiency Help develop and maintain company policies, procedures, and organizational systems Work with outside professionals including legal, accounting, compliance, and other advisors Handle special projects and assignments on behalf of executive leadership Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in executive assistance, office management, operations, human resources, dealership administration, or a similar leadership-support role is preferred. Automotive/dealership experience is a strong plus, particularly experience with compliance, licensing, HR, vendors, or dealership operations. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but experience, maturity, judgment, and proven ability to perform at a high level are equally important.
