Salary Range:

Five or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or high-level sales teams. Demonstrated track record of scaling revenue and overseeing profitable growth. Deep knowledge of carrier relations and underwriting guidelines within the Virginia market. Strong leadership skills with an ability to mentor and inspire a diverse sales staff. Proficiency in modern agency management systems and digital lead generation tools. Responsibilities Develop and execute a long-term strategic vision to grow our market share throughout the Virginia Beach area. Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our insurance carriers to secure the best coverage options for our clients. Mentor our sales representatives, helping them refine their techniques and reach their individual professional goals. Oversee daily operations to ensure our standards of service remain high and our workflows remain efficient. Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adjust our approach and stay ahead of the competition. Represent The Atlantic District in the local business community, building our reputation as a trusted local resource.
