Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Contract Paralegal or Legal Contract Analyst to support contract administration and legal review activities for projects supporting a Power Plant in Tonopah, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong experience reviewing, analyzing, negotiating, and processing contracts, amendments, and other legal or commercial agreements. This individual will work closely with legal counsel, project management, procurement, supply chain, engineering, and business stakeholders to support the contract review and approval process. Key Responsibilities Review contracts, amendments, statements of work, service agreements, purchase agreements, and other contractual documents. Review and analyze redlines, revisions, and proposed contract changes from internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and legal counsel. Coordinate the review, acceptance, rejection, and negotiation of contract redlines and revisions. Identify contractual risks, inconsistencies, and areas requiring legal or management review. Work with attorneys and business stakeholders to incorporate approved revisions into final contract documents. Track contract changes, comments, approvals, and outstanding issues throughout the review process. Ensure contracts and supporting documentation follow company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Assist with contract administration, renewals, amendments, and closeout activities. Required Qualifications Paralegal, Legal Studies, Business, Contract Administration, or related background. BS Degree is a PLUS Experience working as a Paralegal, Contract Administrator, Contract Specialist, Legal Assistant, or similar role . Strong experience reviewing and processing contracts and contractual documents. Demonstrated experience working with contract redlines, revisions, comments, and negotiated changes . Ability to understand contractual terms and identify items requiring legal or management review. Strong attention to detail, document management, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
