Job Summary A direct hire Government Technical Support Manager opportunity is available in Culver City, CA for an experienced government sales, federal procurement, and contract administration professional. This role supports growth within federal agencies, military procurement channels, Prime Vendors, and public sector accounts while ensuring strong contract compliance, customer service, and technical product support. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys a high-visibility role with cross-functional impact across Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Product Management. The position offers the ability to build long-term government relationships, influence product placement and specifications, and contribute directly to revenue growth in the government and public sector market. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute government sales strategies, account plans, forecasts, and activity reports in partnership with sales leadership.
Build and maintain relationships with federal agencies, military buyers, procurement officers, Prime Vendors, and government end users.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue RFQs, contract awards, federal bid opportunities, and military procurement programs.
Administer GSA/MAS contracts, DLA/DAPA programs, SAM.gov registrations, pricing updates, contract modifications, renewals, and federal reporting requirements.
Provide technical support for safety product applications, including respiratory protection, hearing protection, PPE, and related product documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to support order execution, customer requirements, compliance reviews, contract visibility, and government marketing initiatives. Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $115,000 to $130,000 per year.

Manage government sales growth, account development, and federal customer engagement.
Administer government contracts, procurement programs, contract updates, and compliance documentation.
Support RFQs, awarded orders, GSA/MAS activity, DLA/DAPA programs, NSN administration, and federal purchasing systems.
Provide technical product assistance and coordinate customer requirements across internal teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Government Relations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years of successful experience selling to federal agencies and government end users.
Experience with government contracting, procurement processes, RFQs, bid processes, and federal acquisition programs.
Working knowledge of GSA schedules, SAM.gov, DLA/DAPA, NSN systems, military procurement channels, and government bid platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across departments. Preferred Qualifications
Military experience and established relationships within government procurement channels.
Familiarity with FAR regulations, SBA programs, GSA eBuy, DIBBS, and federal acquisition vehicles.
Experience with proposal development and contract administration.
