Job Type:

Contract Responsibilities Produce fixed and incentive fee invoices per client agreements and internal standards Deliver monthly revenue calculations for general ledger reporting Perform variance analysis on accruals and escalate exceptions Prepare audit ready support for second level review Execute billing controls and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements Validate outputs, investigate anomalies, and support root cause analysis Support process improvements and automation initiatives Partner with Legal, Account Management, and Finance to resolve billing issues Respond to billing inquiries and requests for support Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or financial operations preferred Strong accounting fundamentals and basic understanding of investment management concepts Advanced Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft Office Comfort using technology and AI tools such as Alteryx, Python, Copilot, or similar to streamline work There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
