Experienced Warranty Administrator Wanted We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our Jaguar Land Rover dealership team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable about dealership warranty processes, with a strong commitment to accuracy and customer service. What You'll Do Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and efficiently Review repair orders and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Management Track submitted claims and follow up on rejected, returned, or unpaid claims Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation Ensure repairs and claims comply with Jaguar Land Rover warranty policies and procedures Assist with warranty audits and resolve discrepancies Communicate with the manufacturer regarding claim questions and approvals Help maximize warranty claim reimbursement while maintaining accurate documentation What We're Looking For Previous dealership Warranty Administrator experience required Jaguar Land Rover warranty experience is strongly preferred Knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and claim procedures Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced service department Strong computer and administrative skills, CDK experience is preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Professional dealership environment Opportunity to work with a premium automotive brand Supportive management team Opportunities for professional growth Benefits package available If you have dealership warranty experience and are ready to bring your expertise to a professional Jaguar Land Rover team, we'd like to hear from you.
