Job Description

Overview Are you an expert negotiator with a passion for strategic partnerships? As a Subcontract Manager, you will negotiate and manage subcontract terms and conditions for products and materials within one district or division. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to drive successful outcomes. You will be joining our $4.6B SR 400 Express Lanes project in Atlanta—one of the largest roadway projects in the United States—delivered through a public-private partnership led by FlatironDragados and Acciona. This landmark infrastructure project includes the design, construction, long-term operation, and maintenance of the corridor for 50 years, transforming a critical route and supporting mobility in one of the nation's fastest-growing regions. Apply now and transform your career with us. What you will be doing Negotiates commercial terms and conditions with subcontractors while consulting with legal department and senior management. Manages the qualification and evaluation process for subcontractors. Communicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams. Manages the maintenance of records of goods ordered and received; oversees all Accounts Payable reconciliation. Maintains professional relationships internally and externally. What we are looking for Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Construction Management required. 5+ years' experience in negotiation, contract management or construction purchasing required. Experience working in a large-scale construction project environment preferred. Proven ability to negotiate contracts. Strong financial acumen with accounting and finance knowledge. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) and database utilization. JD Edwards E1 World experience is a plus. Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately Able to identify, track and communicate project plan steps and actions.
