Protocol Auditor - Boise, ID Pentagon is seeking a Protocol Auditor to support operations at Micron in Boise, ID . This is a 3-month contract assignment offering $24.00 per hour , with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday (rotating schedule), 5:00 AM-5:30 PM What You'll Do As a Protocol Auditor, you'll work directly alongside production employees to help ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with company procedures. This is a hands-on role , not just a supervisory position. You'll spend your shift on the production floor interacting with team members, observing work processes, answering questions, and providing real-time guidance to help employees follow established protocols.

Key responsibilities include:

Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures. Work side-by-side with operators and technicians to promote proper work practices. Observe manufacturing processes and identify any deviations from established protocols. Coach employees on correct procedures and help resolve compliance issues. Complete audit documentation and accurately report findings. Partner with supervisors and leadership to support continuous improvement and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
