Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage and assign damage claims in the database, taking full ownership of repair metrics. Serve as the primary point of contact to inform, update, and support claimants and homeowners. Validate internal data during downtime to ensure accuracy, uniformity, and conciseness across all spreadsheets.
