Who were looking for:
M&S Machining is looking for a candidate to manage contract review administrative activities within the company. A candidate will be expected to head up various tasks on a day-to-day basis, manage customer projects to be reviewed and released to the production floor while ensuring all necessary production operations are included and, in order, for manufacturing.

What you'll be doing: Receiving and reviewing new purchase orders and their contract requirements from various customers. Building and releasing to the production floor, clear work instructions, to successfully direct manufacturing operations to produce the final product. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and BOM's Ensuring the successful purchase of various items and services for manufacturing. Taking an active role in the company's growth and development Communicating with customers as needed. Assisting in the estimating process to determine upfront cost. Completing various special projects as needed. Using Microsoft office, excel, outlook, and google sheets daily.
Favorable if you have:
Experience managing complex customer accounts. Experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Experience in a machine shop or similar manufacturing environment. Not From the Area?
