$35.00 - 41.00 per hour

W-2 Contract, weekly pay (1-3 months, potentially longer)

Holland, MI ( Hybrid , onsite first week)
Job Overview:
This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining existing systems while also building new features that improve functionality, scalability, and integration across our product suite. You will play a key role in modernizing and unifying multiple applications into a cohesive product family, leveraging API-driven architecture and backend-focused development. This position is ideal for a developer who enjoys balancing hands-on coding with system improvement, solving complex problems, and continuously optimizing performance in a SQL-based environment. Responsibilities of the
BI Analyst:
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using data from the company ERP system and other business applications. Create budget reporting tools that provide managers with real-time visibility into monthly spending, budget utilization, and detailed expense categories. Build reporting solutions that incorporate approved purchase orders (POs) and purchase requisitions (PRs) to provide forward-looking budget tracking similar to a checkbook register. Enhance and support existing Power BI reports and dashboards while taking ownership of current reporting solutions. Partner with Finance and department managers to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful business insights. Identify and automate manual reporting processes, particularly within manufacturing operations, to improve efficiency and reduce spreadsheet-based workflows. Develop labor reporting by integrating data from Dayforce and other systems to compare hours worked versus hours paid. Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, improve visibility, and support business decision-making. Collaborate with ERP and business system administrators to access, validate, and optimize data sources. Preferred Experience of the
