Senior RFP Manager Location:

New York, USA. Candidates must currently live in USA and can attend the New York office each week.

Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 Are you a bid or proposal management pro who thrives on leading complex, high-value pursuits? We're hiring a Senior RFP Manager for a leading global insurance broker with a strong presence in New York. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end RFP process, from qualification and strategy through to submission and presentation, while managing capacity, governance, and a team of professionals you'll coach and develop. What you'll be doing: Leading major RFPs and proposals from qualification through submission and presentation Developing pursuit plans and shaping differentiated win themes Coaching and mentoring junior RFP resources, running standups and gate reviews Owning governance, risk logs, and the RFP calendar Partnering with broking, analytics, design, and legal/compliance teams to hit key milestones Crafting and reviewing persuasive, client-centric content Driving adoption of best-practice tools, templates, and design standards What we're looking for: 5+ years' experience in RFP, proposal, or bid management, ideally in insurance or professional services A track record leading complex, multi-product or multi-region RFPs Experience coaching or mentoring RFP/proposal professionals Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and persuasive writing skills Advanced PowerPoint/design skills a plus You're strategic, calm under pressure, detail-driven, and genuinely passionate about raising standards and developing others.
