We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Contracts Manager to oversee the administrative lifecycle and operational coordination of contracts, ensuring compliance, supporting in contract governance, and supporting business objectives. This role serves as the central coordination for contract administration, working collaboratively with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Compliance and Program leadership to facilitate efficient contract processing.

This role offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from home while collaborating virtually with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary administrator and coordinator for the
COUPA CLM
system, managing contract workflows from intake through execution and publication. Assist in ongoing developments, future implementations, configuration, enhancement, testing and rollout of
COUPA CLM
functionality, workflows, approval routing and reporting capabilities. Perfom administrative intake reviews to ensure contract requests are complete prior to attorney review, including verification of required supporting documents such as SOWs, budgets, funding approvals, w-9s, certificate of Insurance, and other required documentation. Coordinate contract routing and approvals across all departments ensuring that stakeholders are engaged throughout the process. Monitor contract workflow, proactively identify delays or bottlenecks, and facilitate timely resolution to support efficient contract execution. Manage contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. Maintain accurate contract records and reporting in contract management systems. Identify and mitigate contractual risks. Track renewals across agency to calendar upcoming RFPS Develop and maintain contract status reports, workflow metrics, renewal calendars, upcoming RFPs and executive dashboards to improve transparency and contract processing performance. Develop user guidance materials and provide support to departments regarding contract submission requirements, approval workflows, and

processes. Coordinate revenue-based contracts and funding agreements by monitoring external funder portals, maintain revenue contract/RFP tracking providing advance renewal and RFP notifications. Coordinate revenue-based contract routing for agreements requiring review outside of funder portals, including school district, municipal, and other paper-based agreements. Promote standardized contract administration practices and recommend process improvements that improve efficiency and consistency Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field. 3-5+ years of experience in contract management or similar role. 3-5+ years of experience in the Non-Profit field. Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Experience coordinating cross functional workflows and managing competing priorities in a complex organizational environment. Preferred Skills Experience with CLM platforms and procurement systems (COUPA CLM Preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
