Associate Director, Grants & Contracts:
  • Manage a portfolio of 25+ city and state government grants and contracts
  • Ensure timely completion of budgets, financial reports, renewals, and compliance requirements
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government funders and contract agencies
  • Maintain and oversee submissions through PASSPort, SFS, CFRS, and related systems
  • Support and guide analysts on contract administration and reporting activities
  • Identify and implement process improvements across grants and contracts operations Qualifications for the
Associate Director, Grants & Contracts:
  • Experience managing government grants and contracts within a nonprofit environment
  • Strong knowledge of OPWDD, DOHMH, DYCD, OMH, or similar NYC/NY State funding sources
  • Hands-on expertise with PASSPort, SFS, CFRS, and related government reporting systems
  • Experience with grant compliance, budgeting, financial reporting, and funder communications #LI-JT1 #
