The position ensures accuracy and compliance in contract documentation, supports closeout activities, and maintains data integrity across required systems. This role offers growth opportunities within the Contracts function and is ideal for a fast-learning and detail-focused individual seeking to build a career in contract administration. This role is hybrid, working out of our Lansdale, PA location. Responsibilities
Execute accurate and timely data entry within ORACLE or successor order-entry systems.
Support contract lifecycle documentation, including contract closeouts, recordkeeping, and internal coordination.
Maintain organized contract files and assist with routing, formatting, and basic document development.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, documentation standards, and version control.
Conduct validation of contract data for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with required workflows.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Legal to support contract execution activities.
Provide administrative support for contract modifications, tracking deliverables, and updating system-based contract records.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
At least one years of experience in Contracts, Contract Administration, or related operational support roles.
Proficiency in ORACLE.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including basic formulas, data sorting, and data validation.
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
High accuracy and reliability in data processing and documentation.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Associate's Degree (minimum).

Familiarity with purchasing systems, contract compliance requirements, or audit-ready documentation practices.
