Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Med Spa General Manager to lead our thriving aesthetic facility. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the med spa, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery Manage and motivate a team of estheticians, nurses, patient coordinators, nail technicians and support staff to achieve performance goals Oversee client consultations, ensuring personalized treatment plans that include facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic treatments Maintain strict sanitation protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all spa services including waxing, body waxing, laser treatments, and makeup application Drive retail sales by promoting skincare products and aesthetic treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction Coordinate scheduling to optimize appointment flow while minimizing wait times for clients Foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes excellent customer service and effective client communication Qualifications Proven experience in spa management or a similar leadership role within the aesthetic or wellness industry Strong knowledge of skincare procedures such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser treatments Expertise in spa services including esthetic, medical, nail and hair services. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and motivate staff effectively Demonstrated ability to manage retail sales initiatives and meet revenue targets Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a medical spa setting Background in cosmetology or related certification preferred; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or dermabrasion is a plus Join us to lead an innovative team dedicated to transforming lives through advanced skincare and aesthetic solutions.
