Exempt Position Summary The Growth and Experience Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs while fostering a strong, positive workplace culture across the organization while helping to ensure the bank's successful growth and initiatives. This role plays a key part in employee development, engagement, internal/external customer experience, and retention by creating meaningful learning experiences, supporting leadership growth, and coordinating internal/external events that strengthen team connection and alignment with the bank's mission and values. This role is critical in shaping the employee and customer experience, strengthening culture, and ensuring our team members are equipped, engaged, and empowered to deliver exceptional service to our customers and communities. Specific Job Functions & Responsibilities Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for new hires, existing employees, and leadership; including but not limited to bank history, bank systems, sales goals, etc. Develop onboarding programs that ensure a smooth and engaging transition for new team members Partner with department leaders to identify training needs, growth (sales) outcomes, and create targeted development plans Track and measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes Review and continuously improve procedures as needed. Ensure all training aligns with regulatory requirements, policies, and banking best practice Lead initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to improve morale, retention, and satisfaction Serve as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing company values and supporting leadership in culture-building efforts Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions; analyze results and recommend action plans Plan and coordinate internal and external events such as team-building activities, recognition programs, leadership meetings, and community involvement initiatives Support communication strategies that keep employees informed, motivated, and connected Collaborate with leadership on internal campaigns and messaging that align with organizational goals Coach and support managers in developing their teams and enhancing leadership effectiveness Provide guidance on employee development opportunities and career growth pathways Assist with performance management processes and development planning Must complete all required annual training Follow required federal and state regulations and related internal policies and procedures Required Skills/Abilities Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Relationship-building and collaboration Strategic thinking and creativity Strong communication and influence Initiative and problem-solving Adaptability and attention to detail Education/Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-7 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, HR, or employee engagement (banking or financial services preferred). Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs. Experience planning events and leading engagement initiatives. Compliance All associates have a responsibility to understand the Bank's BSA/AM Program, the procedures outlined in it, and to follow the Program and procedures in carrying out their duties. When an associate has supervisory responsibilities, he or she will make certain that his/her staff understand the responsibilities to comply with applicable regulatory issues and internal programs, policies and procedures. Any associate that fails to adhere to the BSA/AML Program or commits other violations of the Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
