Develop a strategic growth roadmap for market space including identification of new applications, material gap needs, new customers and OEM's, and competition in market.\n
Works with Sales, Marketing, Technical teams on buy-in and execution of growth roadmap.\n
Develops and maintains relationships with key decision makers at customers\n
Utilizes tools such as Salesforce, Accolade to drive pipeline of opportunities and developments through stage gate process with a cross functional team\n
Develop, implement and maintain a key account plan for top customers and targets\n
Lead project teams in new material developments including Sustainability initiatives\n
Translate across OEM's/Tier molders successes in marketplace You Bring This Value
Bachelor's Degree Scientific, Technical or Business field is preferred or 5+ years' experience in related field.

Experience Requirements:

5 years or more of relevant professional experience in commercial or technical role with familiarity with consumer marketspace in B-B sales.\n
Business Development, sales or technical experience preferably with Fire Retardant compounds in the electrical device and power storage markets\n
Experienced with UL listing and other Building and Construction related fire retardant standards\n
Travel- up to 60%\n
Project Management experience in related field\n
Technical expertise with polymers preferred for application performance and material specifications\n
Strong communication skills\n
Capability to manage across a matrix organization including with global teams and business partners.
