Job Overview DINX Social Club, the Premier Indoor Pickleball, Golf, Karaoke & Louge is seeking a Pickleball Director. Under the direction of the Assistant General Manager, the Pickleball Director oversees all functions related to DINX Social Club's pickleball programming. We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Pickleball Director to lead and grow our pickleball programs, fostering a vibrant community of players of all ages and skill levels (adults and children). In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily court operations and reservations, pickleball tournaments and delivering engaging instruction to customers. The Pickleball Director will work to ensure efficiency and growth in all related programs, clinics and special events. Maintaining a high program and member retention rate is of utmost importance. This role will be responsible for planning, managing and performing all administrative and clerical tasks necessary for the operation of our pickleball program. This position requires a results-oriented leader dedicated to innovation, inclusivity, and excellence across the programs.

Job Responsibilities:

Create, develop, administrate and oversee new and existing pickleball programs, leagues, clinics and events. Oversee budget and operations for pickleball programs, analyze performance for continued improvement. Develop and maintain strategic planning for program growth, including a dedicated youth program. Acquire and manage pickleball staff through effective training, scheduling, assigning and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding and managing behaviors, addressing and resolving challenges. Welcome and engage new members in programs and activities. Create and maintain relationships with customers to encourage participation. Teach group and private lessons and programs as needed. Support success of all pickleball tournaments and events. Engage in community opportunities, stay current on industry trends and share across leadership. Partner with Pickleball brands to bring the best paddles, balls & pickleball gear to DINX's Retail shop.

Qualifications:

3+ years of pickleball coaching experience required. Progressive leadership experience preferred. Ideally previously holding a lead pickleball position. Pickleball certification - RPO, PPR required. Experience with all levels of pickleball from youth to seniors 4.0+ DUPR rating Outstanding organizational and administrative skills. Ability to create, develop, and oversee new and existing adult programs. A passion to create a memorable 5-star customer experience for our clients.

Pay:

$50,000 + 40% commission of on-court revenue (lessons, clinics, leagues)

Schedule:

This is a full time job. Hours will vary based on programming & event needs. Must have flexibility. DINX Social Club is a FUN, lively, upscale facility offering 5-star service to customers. We create memorable experiences for customers and have an incredible team!

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
