Overview LABUR is partnering with a client to identify an IT Site Program Manager, Global Workplace Technology. This senior-level position owns end-to-end technology delivery for global real estate initiatives, including new office buildouts, relocations, consolidations, and workplace modernization programs. Serving as the single point of contact for all IT-related decisions throughout the real estate project lifecycle, this individual partners closely with I&O leadership to ensure technology standards are consistently applied across all sites worldwide. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end IT project delivery for global real estate projects including new office builds, major renovations, relocations, and site consolidations. Support M&A and integration efforts by assessing and deploying IT infrastructure at acquired or conveyed sites aligned with integration timelines and TSA exit plans. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, risk registers, and budget forecasts (CapEx and OpEx) across concurrent initiatives. Manage site technology readiness checklists and cutover playbooks to ensure Day 1 go-live readiness at new or transitioned locations. Coordinate with regional IT teams, third-party vendors (including vendor SOWs and contracts), and Global Real Estate stakeholders to deliver seamless, on-time results. Serve as the primary IT liaison to Global Real Estate and Facilities leadership, translating business needs into technology solutions and presenting project status, risks, and decisions to executive sponsors. Define and enforce IT infrastructure standards for workplace environments — including network (LAN/WAN/NAC), AV/VC, access control, print, and end-user compute — while driving adoption of smart building technologies and IoT solutions. Advance cybersecurity posture at new and renovated sites by implementing zero-trust network access (ZTNA), conditional access policies, and NAC frameworks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of IT project management experience with a demonstrated focus on corporate real estate, facilities, or workplace technology programs in a global enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of workplace IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN networking, AV/VC systems, structured cabling, access control, and end-user compute. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent); PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred) and ITIL-aligned service delivery practices; ITIL Foundation certification a plus. Experience developing and managing project budgets (CapEx and OpEx) and establishing project governance frameworks aligned with corporate PMO standards. Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions; experience supporting M&A site integration and familiarity with LEED, WELL, or sustainability certifications a plus. Compensation $75-80/hour- Dependent on fit and experience
