This position is responsible for supporting the company's new business development activities by managing and evaluating Business Ideas, conducting research and marketing analysis (including the use of AI-based tools), and preparing well-structured business proposals.

The role also drives cross-functional collaboration to move promising ideas toward commercialization and serves as a communication link with the Global Team to ensure alignment across regions.

This position is required to conduct business in a professional and cordial manner that will uphold the integrity and reputation of our Client.

This position maintains a thorough working knowledge of and adheres to the policies, regulations, and procedures of our Client.

Responsibilities:

Research & Marketing for new business opportunities

Conduct market research and marketing analysis for each Business Idea, leveraging AI-based tools and other research resources

Gather and analyze data on market size, growth trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs

Clearly articulate value propositions, market opportunity, competitive positioning, and business rationale

Synthesize findings into actionable insights to support decision-making Business Idea Management /Development & Documentation

Maintain and manage a pipeline of Business Ideas for new business development

Track the status, progress, and evaluation results of each idea

Support prioritization decisions in collaboration with management

Develop and compile Business Ideas into structured business proposals

Prepare materials suitable for review by management and stakeholders Cross-Functional Project Management

Drive and coordinate Cross-Functional Team activities to advance promising ideas toward commercialization

Facilitate collaboration among relevant functions (e.g., R D, Engineering, Sales, Finance)

Track action items and ensure progress against milestones

Communicate and coordinate with the Global Team to share updates, align on priorities, and ensure consistency across regions

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, business development, or related field

Expert-level Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Business intelligence and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI)

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP preferred)

Project management software

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
