Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Asset Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive portfolio growth, maximize asset value, and improve operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing teams, developing processes, and ensuring profitability while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage portfolio operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and investment objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance asset performance, business development, and market presence. Supervise and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and accountability. Monitor the financial performance of each asset, including profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, to identify areas for improvement. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and resident/tenant satisfaction. Oversee capital projects and other initiatives, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Collaborate with leasing and sales teams to develop strategies that increase revenue, occupancy, and market share. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role, with strong skills in strategic planning and project management. Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies and business development strategies. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Strong analytical skills for profit and loss assessment, asset valuation, and financial oversight. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on key objectives. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Real estate license, or the ability to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment. Property manager certification, or the ability to obtain one within the first 9 months of employment.
