The ideal candidate will have significant experience in M&A and private equity transactions. Duties Represent financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in leveraged buyouts. Handle sell-side transactions and growth equity investments. Manage minority investments and related strategic transactions. Requirements Minimum of three years of M&A and/or private equity transactional experience. Experience in the corporate department of a top-tier law firm preferred. Admission to the New York Bar is mandatory. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications New York Bar admission. Skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
