Serve as a key member of VSB's O'Donnell Center for Professional Development and Undergraduate Programs team, reporting to the Director of Career Education & Student Initiatives. Advance the Center's strategic priorities in career education, student leadership development, and employer engagement. Lead initiatives that strengthen the professional readiness of business students through innovative programming, high-impact co-curricular experiences, and meaningful partnerships with alumni and corporate sponsors. Cultivate and support a dynamic ecosystem of student business societies, positioning them as critical engagement channels between students and industry. As an integral contributor to the O'Donnell Center team, this individual helps shape professional development strategy, expand employer partnerships, and enhance the delivery of a comprehensive professional development curriculum.
