Blake Brothers is seeking an additional Dispatcher to join our team of customer-focused, team-oriented professionals in Huntsville, Alabama. The primary role of the Dispatcher is to ensure our service technicians' daily schedules run efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will play a critical role in coordinating service calls, supporting field technicians, and ensuring our customers receive timely, professional service. The ideal candidate is organized, decisive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can adapt quickly while maintaining a positive attitude. Pay Range:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts per week 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM Must be available for

Job Duties:

Schedule and coordinate all booked service and maintenance calls Proactively plan, forecast, and dispatch service calls Dispatch the appropriate technician based on skill level, location, and customer needs Communicate technician arrival times and service status updates with customers Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion Assist Service Managers with ordering materials and coordinating with warehouse staff Evaluate and prioritize service requests to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction Work closely with multiple departments to provide administrative and tracking support Make recommendations to improve the customer experience Support company initiatives and promote multiple service solutions Perform various administrative and clerical duties as needed Participate in on-call or weekend support rotations as required

Requirements:

Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support preferred Ability to effectively manage a multi-line phone system while entering data Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Outstanding communication and customer service skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Positive attitude and team-first mindset Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Ability to build effective working relationships with employees, customers, and business partners Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software is a plus About Blake Brothers Blake Brothers has proudly served North Alabama homeowners for decades, providing trusted plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, and drain services.
