Job Responsibilities:
Will have day to day contact with customers, technicians, and other members of staffMaking outbound and taking incoming callsWill be on the phones as well as entering info on computer (Microsoft Office and Excel)Providing excellent customer serviceWorking with operations staff in a team based/fast paced environmentOccasional weekend work but typically M-F 7-4pmThe ideal candidate will possess the following:2+years of dispatching experienceMust have strong customer service skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.Must have experience in low voltage settings either installing or servicing equipmentGoogle Solutions, Jobber, and exp with Comcast tickets are preferredAnistar
