As a Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in coordinating daily operations, supporting our drivers, and ensuring that every load moves efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage driver schedules and daily assignments Coordinate the transfer of inventory to and from the warehouse Ensure all shipments are dispatched accurately and on schedule Maintain communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams Track and update delivery status to ensure accuracy and timeliness Maximize productivity while providing courteous, efficient service Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the trucking industry, including at least 2 years in LTL dispatch Strong knowledge of Southern California freeways and routes Proficiency with dispatch software and computer systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills Dependable and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to getting the job done Customer service mindset and commitment to teamwork Why Join Best Yet Express?
