Responsibilities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers, ensuring a professional experience. Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics operations. Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to provide instructions and updates. Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and communications. Experience Familiarity with freight operations and transportation management is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous experience in flatbed dispatching or logistics is preferred.
